We identify four\u00a0A1g\u00a0phonon modes, at 126, 172, 183, and 197\u00a0cm-1, and four B3g\u00a0phonon\u00a0modes at 101, 139, 173, and 226<br \/>\ncm<sup>-1<\/sup>(D<sub>2h<\/sub> point group).\u00a0The phonon spectra are consistent with the\u00a0Ibam\u00a0space group,\u00a0which confirms that the Cu and Fe atoms form a stripe order.
